About the role
- Finance Business Partner role at ProCook supporting senior stakeholders with financial insights and reporting. Involves business partnering with departments for budget management and performance driving.
Responsibilities
- Business partnering with other departments specifically Retail & Marketing to understand their budget, drive performance, challenge spend and support cost control
- Presenting financial insights at quarterly review meetings
- Liaising with senior stakeholders to support quarterly reforecasting
- Ad-hoc reporting to support decision making
- Supporting the CFO and external stakeholders as and when required for lease renegotiations
- P&L analysis and reporting to each department
- Assist in the completion of monthly management accounts and reconciliations
- Supporting the FP&A Manager with budgeting and reforecasting
- Submission of board packs including commentary
- Maintaining lease data for all stores
- Supporting audit queries
Requirements
- Qualified or Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to model financial data
- Competent in the use of IT systems (Microsoft Business Central & Power BI preferred)
- Strong communication skills with an ability to influence others
- Strong organisational skills, logical approach and attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated, resilient and able to demonstrate initiative
