Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for accounting, monthly and annual financial statements, and financial systems across all group companies and locations
Creation and continuous development of consistent management reporting for executive management and shareholders
Management and standardization of all finance processes, including the chart of accounts at group level
Responsibility for timely preparation and submission of tax returns in cooperation with external advisors
Integration of new locations into existing financial and group structures
Analysis and management of operating results for all locations, including deriving and implementing appropriate measures
Responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, profitability analyses and multi-year planning
Establishment and development of a group-wide cost-control and KPI system
Identification of savings potential and implementation of sustainable cost optimizations
Operational responsibility for central purchasing as well as optimization of procurement, sourcing and supplier structures
Close collaboration with operational units and specialist departments to ensure corporate objectives are achieved
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with solid expertise in accounting, controlling, cash management and relevant legal matters
Many years of professional experience in senior finance roles, including successful leadership and development of teams
Several years of experience in hospitality or a comparable multi-site environment
Confident presence and strong ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with a high affinity for innovation and process optimization
Clear hands-on mentality with high initiative and strong implementation and results orientation
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills
