Stay informed about housing regulations, policies, and resources to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing case management or related roles.
Knowledge of housing regulations, resources, and community services.
Familiarity with electronic case management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Commitment to cultural competence and diversity.
Possession and maintenance of a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record according to our insurance carrier's standards.
Must maintain current NYS Defensive Driving certification within 30 days of hire.
Must maintain pre-employment clearances by applicable regulatory clearances as required.
