Responsibilities
Manage a branch staff with three or more employees
Responsible for day-to-day operations including customer service, product sales, and security
Provide leadership, training, and supervision to staff
Supervise all teller operations for accuracy, efficiency, and customer service
Prepare various reports including Currency Transaction Reports and IRS Reports
Manage vault function, including cash calculations and securing deposits
Manage ATM operations and ensure cash availability
Review procedures and recommend changes for improved service
Assist consumer loan customers and perform thorough loan feasibility analysis
Prepare detailed loan proposals and communicate loan decisions to customers
Complete all required training and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Two years of extensive experience in a banking environment
Demonstrated proficiency in banking compliance
Ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers
Ability to operate a computer proficiently
Basic math skills (ability to add and subtract)
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience in a supervisor or management role is a plus
Prior experience assisting with training new employees
