About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager at grape promoting innovative employee insurance solutions. Building marketing function and strategies for B2B market engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build grape’s product marketing function from the ground up, defining scope, priorities, and ways of working.
  • Shape and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across our portfolio.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major updates.
  • Translate product features into compelling customer-facing stories that clearly articulate benefits, outcomes, and use cases.
  • Develop deep customer and market insights by partnering with sales and customer success teams.
  • Create and maintain core product marketing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer stories.
  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams with the right tools and narratives.
  • Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives, track performance, and iterate based on data.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense for storytelling and clarity.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role.
  • Proven experience owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives in B2B, SaaS, or a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer teams.
  • A structured, self-driven mindset with the confidence to operate in ambiguity.
  • Comfort using customer insights, qualitative research, and performance data to inform decisions.
  • Fluent in English, with some communication skills in German. French is a plus.
