About the role

  • Customer Success Intern managing customer lifecycles from onboarding to renewal at grape health partner company. Supporting Customer Success efforts and overseeing operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will help manage customers across the full lifecycle—from onboarding, through growth, to renewal.
  • You will support Customer Success activities by preparing business reviews, tracking performance metrics, and running customer feedback surveys.
  • In addition, you will handle operational tasks such as coordinating support tickets, improving our customer success platform (Planhat), and evaluating potential new tools.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written. English proficiency is a plus.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed university-level studies.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a "get it done" attitude to keep projects moving.
  • Comfortable asking questions and communicating insights clearly to drive action.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
