About the role

  • Coordenador managing CRM platforms for client engagement at Banco Mercantil. Involvement in strategic business and technology initiatives focusing on customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the CRM platforms used by the frontline for customer service and business operations;
  • Management of projects and the support/maintenance backlog;
  • Proposing customer-focused business and technology strategies;
  • Collaborating with the frontline to evaluate improvements and enhancements to the CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Experience with Salesforce: Financial Services Cloud;
  • Knowledge of CRM strategies;
  • Experience with data extraction and manipulation tools (SQL);
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.);
  • Experience in managing performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Experience in project management.
