About the role

  • Senior CRM Analyst joining Tania Bulhões to enhance luxury brand relationships through data-driven strategies. Focus on consumer experiences and commercial results in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage the calendar of CRM promotional and institutional activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and commercial timelines.
  • Asset Requests: Prepare briefs for copywriting and creative development, ensuring strict adherence to the brand's visual standards and tone of voice.
  • Strategy & Lifecycle: Plan and execute relationship journeys and communication workflows focused on conversion, retention, and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Data Analysis: Monitor results and prepare reports and presentations, interpreting data and delivering strategic insights to leadership.
  • Omnichannel Integration: Unify communication between e-commerce and physical stores, providing CRM support and training to sales staff and store managers.
  • Advanced Segmentation: Segment customers based on behaviors and attributes, and perform ongoing maintenance and cleansing of contact databases.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with business areas (E-commerce, Marketing, Operations, and Product) to map pain points and propose data-driven actions.

Requirements

  • CRM Experience: Proven track record in developing, executing, and analyzing CRM campaigns.
  • E-commerce Experience: Solid experience with the specificities and fast-paced nature of digital retail.
  • Power BI and GA4: Proficient in tools for creating dashboards and data visualization.
  • Proactive Profile: Energetic, hands-on professional with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Data-driven Mindset: Analytical profile focused on monitoring and interpreting data.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets: Ability to cross-reference data and analyze complex datasets.
  • Writing Quality: Excellent writing skills and the ability to synthesize information.
  • Differentials (Preferred): Experience with Insider and Oto platforms; Luxury market experience; technical knowledge of HTML/CSS; and intermediate English.
