About the role

  • (Junior) Sales Consultant in the Business Development & Sales Team at GrantLift. Supporting startups with funding applications through market research and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Part of the Business Development & Sales team at a start-up.
  • Research contacts and target customers.
  • Develop and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Independently generate initial contacts and coordinate meetings.
  • Persuade partners in direct conversations.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to generate insights for growth.
  • Support operations and business development topics.

Requirements

  • Ideally some initial experience in sales or business development.
  • A good sense for customer needs and potential.
  • Hands-on mentality suited to the start-up environment.
  • Independent, systematic way of working.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Confident, open manner and fluent communication in German and English.
  • Degree in economics, business management or a related field.
  • Very good proficiency in common Office programs.
