Responsibilities
Ensure the administrative management of purchases and public procurement handled by the Purchasing/Public Procurement team
Contribute to the design and implementation of the public procurement procedure across the 10 Chambers of Agriculture
Handle administrative aspects of public contracts, from advertising to contract award/notification
Respond to information requests from candidates for public contracts
Register and track contracts in the shared storage space
Potential follow-up on contract amendments and penalties
Use Monday for reporting
Maintain ongoing monitoring of regulatory developments in procurement and purchasing
Requirements
Legal training / public procurement diploma (Bac+2) preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Rigour and strong organisational skills
Good command of office software (Microsoft Office)
