About the role

  • Charge de missions achats/marchés publics au service Administration à la Chambre Régionale. Gestion administrative des achats et des marchés publics pour plusieurs chambres d’agriculture.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the administrative management of purchases and public procurement handled by the Purchasing/Public Procurement team
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the public procurement procedure across the 10 Chambers of Agriculture
  • Handle administrative aspects of public contracts, from advertising to contract award/notification
  • Respond to information requests from candidates for public contracts
  • Register and track contracts in the shared storage space
  • Potential follow-up on contract amendments and penalties
  • Use Monday for reporting
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring of regulatory developments in procurement and purchasing

Requirements

  • Legal training / public procurement diploma (Bac+2) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Rigour and strong organisational skills
  • Good command of office software (Microsoft Office)
