About the role

  • Agent d'approvisionnement managing food logistics and stock distribution for Crous de Strasbourg. Responsible for verifying deliveries and ensuring health compliance in food service.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of various operations for receiving, organizing, storing and distributing raw materials
  • Manage overall logistics for the central kitchen and satellite sites
  • Verify delivery quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Check delivery quality in accordance with collective catering standards (HACCP)
  • Ensure allocated products match delivery notes and delivery schedules
  • Handle delivery and distribution of finished products
  • Ensure strict maintenance of the cold chain
  • Ensure compliance with current hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Knowledge of storage areas for foodstuffs, equipment, cleaning products, etc.
  • Knowledge of storage and stock removal techniques
  • Knowledge of shelf-life and expiration criteria
  • Knowledge of food hygiene rules applicable in collective catering
  • Category B driving licence (car)
