About the role

  • Sourcing Administrator supporting contracting and sourcing in Supply Chain. Collaborating with various teams and ensuring contract accuracy in software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the contracting and sourcing functions within Supply Chain’s Strategic Sourcing team.
  • Overseeing the lifecycle of contracts.
  • Ensuring that all contract terms, pricing, and item attributes are accurately reflected across software systems and aligned with supplier information.
  • Working closely with various Supply Chain teams, including Value Analysis, Purchasing, Operations, and MMIS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related field preferred.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in healthcare, supply chain, or a related field required.
  • Knowledge of contract management, analytics, and customer service strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain business systems and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
