About the role

Responsibilities
- You will work within the REAGIR program to support farm operators who are in a vulnerable situation or require enhanced assistance.
- Carry out comprehensive assessments of the farm business.
- Develop, together with the farm operator, an operational action plan to ensure the long-term viability of the business.
- Establish regular monitoring to secure trajectories and adjust decisions as needed.
- Assist in mobilizing support mechanisms, partners and appropriate financial tools.
- Support farmers with their strategic projects and business management.
- Prepare forecast studies and performance analyses.
- Support farm operators in ambitious projects: development, diversification, etc.
- Intervene at key stages in the life of the farm: start-up, transfer and adaptation.
- Support strategic management: dashboards, performance objectives and economic perspectives.
- Identify and propose value-creation levers adapted to each context.
- Contribute to the development of advisory activities: listening to needs, making recommendations and promoting services.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of how a farm operates, its challenges and the technical-economic, legal and fiscal mechanisms that structure it.
- Proven experience in preparing business plans.
- Ability to mobilize, engage and support farm operators in their projects, ambitions and strategic choices.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with a genuine appetite for teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- A real plus: previous successful experience in business advisory (accounting firm, bank, cooperative, agricultural organization, etc.) that will enable you to become operational quickly.
