About the role

  • Economic Development Advisor focused on supporting industrial artisans in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Engage and assist small firms through strategic diagnostics and tailored support.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate strategic dialogue with EIA (Industrial Artisan Enterprises) in the region
  • Conduct targeted, proactive prospecting
  • Establish direct contact with companies
  • Identify needs and seize opportunities for support
  • Provide individual support to EIA through diagnostic assessments
  • Conduct on-site strategic diagnostics
  • Define tailored support plans
  • Ensure commercial and operational follow-up of recommended actions
  • Promote and market the CMA (Chamber of Trades and Crafts) service offerings

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5 equivalent)
  • Initial proven experience in advising/supporting industrial companies
  • Strong interest in business development
  • Knowledge of the artisanal/crafts sector
  • Strong commercial/sales skills
  • Strong ability to read and interpret business strategies
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
