About the role

  • Commercial offerer marketing training services for CMA de l'Ain. Engaging clients and handling relationships with artisans in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Market the CMA de l'Ain training offer (80%)
  • Welcome, inform and advise the public about the trainings provided by the CMA
  • Handle incoming calls and pre-registration requests via the website
  • Promote the training offer through outbound calls, e-mail campaigns, company visits and events
  • Record and track commercial activity in Salesforce
  • Set up and manage administrative aspects of training activities (20%)
  • Populate and maintain existing dashboards
  • Welcome trainees and ensure the smooth running of training sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two- to three-year post-secondary qualification (equivalent to Bac+2/3) in management and/or sales
  • Ideally, you have prior successful experience in this type of role
  • You demonstrate autonomy, responsiveness, rigor and strong synthesis skills
  • You are adaptable
  • You have a strong customer-orientation
  • You possess proven interpersonal skills
  • A good knowledge of the artisan sector and of the CMA network's training offer would be an advantage
