About the role

  • Advisor supporting entrepreneurs in business creation and recovery in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Engaging in market studies, financial analysis, and developing business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support entrepreneurs and project leaders in starting or taking over a business
  • Provide information and guidance to entrepreneurs on business start-ups and takeovers
  • Support in conducting market research
  • Assist with preparing financial forecasts and selecting appropriate legal, tax, and social frameworks
  • Analyze the company’s accounting and financial data
  • Help prepare and monitor applications for financial aid and bank loans
  • Lead trainings, information sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Participate in events related to the supported topics
  • Conduct various diagnostics necessary for the development of artisan businesses and identify their needs
  • Promote and market the CMA (Chamber of Trades and Crafts) service offering

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum in Business Management
  • Knowledge of the business environment (legal, tax, social, commercial)
  • Awareness of and commitment to local development
  • Experience desired in business diagnostics, individual or group support, and organizing meetings
  • Proficiency with IT tools (spreadsheets, databases, word processing)
  • Autonomy, team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, administrative rigor, adaptability, ease with public speaking, and the ability to formalize/document work performed
  • Hold a valid Category B driving licence
