About the role

  • Conseiller(e) Clientèle managing customer interactions and administrative tasks at Bridgestone in Sotteville. Engaging with clients in various aspects including service inquiries and vehicle diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • You handle customer reception activities as well as all counter administrative tasks.
  • Welcome customers in person and by phone
  • Inform customers about products and services
  • Perform an initial diagnosis of vehicles
  • Prepare estimates, work orders, invoices and handle vehicle returns
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Maintain the customer database and enter information into the dedicated software
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities
  • Organize sales activities according to quantitative and qualitative objectives

  • Ideally, experience in customer relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
