About the role

  • Drafting job advertisements in collaboration with the Human Resources & Organizational Development department
  • Screening applications and assigning candidates to open positions according to priority
  • Supporting managers with conducting candidate interviews as needed
  • Preparatory handling of hires and terminations, reference letters, and contract changes
  • Operational interface between care facilities, administration and the HR department regarding all topics across the employee lifecycle
  • Responsible for implementing foundation-wide recruiting strategies and measures within the Housing and Care business area
  • Coordinating the business area's BEM (occupational reintegration management) team and independently conducting BEM meetings
  • Liaison to the HR department of the foundation's administration
  • Preparing reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or commercial/vocational training with relevant professional experience
  • Job-specific further training in recruiting is desirable
  • At least three years of experience in operational recruiting, ideally in senior care or comparable sectors
  • Solid experience conducting telephone interviews and job interviews, as well as screening application documents and selecting suitable candidates
  • Excellent knowledge of communication and interview techniques, and the ability to communicate appropriately with different audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of priorities
  • Open and service-oriented
  • Good MS Office skills and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
