About the role

  • Learning Events Coordinator delivering impactful training events for global clients both virtual and onsite. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing budgets while detailing events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end event lifecycle—from planning to post-event impact reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Manage budgets, venues, agendas, and speaker arrangements.
  • Lead and delegate tasks to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support virtual and onsite events, solving challenges on the fly.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of administration experience, ideally in events or training.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and make smart decisions.
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Teams/Zoom.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who loves multitasking.
