About the role

  • Instructional Designer at GP Strategies developing educational solutions and overseeing delivery of learning components. Engaging directly with clients and coordinating with the content analyst team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop educational solutions including detailed scheduling of learning objects.
  • Conduct client briefings and oversee the quality and timely delivery of learning components.
  • Analyze, research and gather requirements for educational projects.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure clarity and alignment in educational structure.
  • Create instructional plans and schedules while supervising onsite training events.
  • Participate in internal training and monitor client onsite activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in Instructional Design or Neuroscience preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Instructional Designer.
  • Proficient in designing educational solutions, behavior-based learning paths, and events.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, self-directed learning, neurolearning, and learning methodologies.
  • Experience with learner‑centered experience design, including UX methods, Design Thinking, and the use of AI in instructional design.
  • Risk and instructional constraints analysis.
  • Experience mapping, learning objective definition, resource/media selection, and instructional matrix detailing.
