About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating engaging, learner-centered digital training solutions for GP Strategies. Focus on designing high-quality visual assets for e-learning programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling graphics for e-learning courses, including layouts, illustrations, icons, infographics, and animations.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into effective visual solutions.
  • Develop and maintain visual styles, templates, and branding guidelines aligned with GP Strategies and client standards.
  • Create assets for use in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Support revisions and updates based on client feedback and learning outcomes.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability best practices in visual design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated work in e-learning or digital training environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
  • Experience working with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
