Responsibilities
Design visually compelling graphics for e-learning courses, including layouts, illustrations, icons, infographics, and animations.
Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into effective visual solutions.
Develop and maintain visual styles, templates, and branding guidelines aligned with GP Strategies and client standards.
Create assets for use in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms.
Adapt designs for multiple formats and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Support revisions and updates based on client feedback and learning outcomes.
Ensure accessibility and usability best practices in visual design.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated work in e-learning or digital training environments.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
Experience working with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
