About the role
- Solution Engineer for MEDI:CUS responsible for onboarding medical institutions and supporting technical integration. Collaborating with partners to enhance cloud infrastructure for healthcare in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support the integration of new medical facilities and clinics with the technical platform and provide assistance with technical questions
- Provide technical support for onboarding new specialized clinical applications to the platform, particularly for configuration, testing and commissioning
- Contribute to the further development and automation of integration and deployment processes
- Work closely with our partners, hospitals and vendors of digital clinical applications to clarify technical requirements
- Assist with error analysis, performance optimization and ensuring stable operation of the integrated applications
- Document completed integrations and support the development of technical onboarding processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field, completed with excellent academic performance
- Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in Pre-/Post-Sales — experience with cloud, SaaS, or platform development is an advantage
- Practical experience with networking, APIs and security topics (e.g., IAM, AD, DMZ, VPN, OAuth2, TLS)
- Solid knowledge of common DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Ansible or similar)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
