About the role

  • Solutions Engineer in Cisco’s Global Virtual Sales organization delivering customer-focused technical sales and presentations. Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Join Cisco’s Global Virtual Sales organization.
  • Ensure technical information and guidance provided to the customer.
  • Deliver customer presentations and perform technical demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with Inside Account Executives (iAE).
  • Create BoMs and run proof of concept activities.
  • Become a trusted technology advisor to the customer.
  • Educate customers on Cisco differentiation.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B pre-sales or post-sales roles within the IT or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of typical IT infrastructure solutions and enterprise networking technologies, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Management, Automation, SD-WAN, SD-Access, Intent-Based Networking, Meraki, and IoT.
  • Proven experience managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Vendor certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including market trends and technology offerings.
  • Professional proficiency in business English.
  • Native-level fluency in Bulgarian and/or Serbian.
