Responsibilities
Join Cisco’s Global Virtual Sales organization.
Ensure technical information and guidance provided to the customer.
Deliver customer presentations and perform technical demonstrations.
Collaborate closely with Inside Account Executives (iAE).
Create BoMs and run proof of concept activities.
Become a trusted technology advisor to the customer.
Educate customers on Cisco differentiation.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in B2B pre-sales or post-sales roles within the IT or a related industry.
Strong understanding of typical IT infrastructure solutions and enterprise networking technologies, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Management, Automation, SD-WAN, SD-Access, Intent-Based Networking, Meraki, and IoT.
Proven experience managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
Vendor certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity.
In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including market trends and technology offerings.
