Responsibilities
Ensure that technical information and guidance is provided to the customer
Deliver meaningful outcomes based on Cisco’s product and services portfolio
Partner with Inside Account Executives in a pre-sales technical function
Showcase Cisco solutions
Deliver customer presentations
Perform technical demonstrations
Create BoMs
Run proof of concept activities
Collaborate closely with iAEs in account planning activities
Educate customers on Cisco differentiation
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry
Proven track record of achieving at least 100% quota attainment or YoY growth of 10% or more
Fluency in Italian/English
Experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end (Preferred)
CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or similar vendor certification preferred
Customer intimacy skills
Pre-sales experience preferred
Market knowledge including solution, technology and offerings
