Ensure asset reliability, sustainability and standardized practices to support operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop and structure the strategic, preventive and scalable management of Groupe Nordik’s real estate assets and equipment (buildings, spas, specialized equipment) in the context of multi-site and multi-province growth.
Ensure the reliability, longevity and sustainable performance of the entire asset portfolio while promoting collaboration, innovation, quality and standardization of practices in service of operational excellence.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in building management, engineering, operations or a related field; certification (e.g., FMP) an asset.
Solid experience in technical asset management, preferably in multi-site environments, hospitality, spa operations or complex real estate.
Strong strategic analysis skills, rigor, planning and budget management.
Knowledge of Lean/Agile tools (Kanban, Kaizen, etc.).
Ability to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership in change management, communication and cross-functional coaching.
Proficient with a CMMS and comfortable with digitalization.
Bilingual (French/English) essential; understanding of interprovincial issues highly valued.
