About the role

- Provide proactive, supportive guidance to managers and employees.
Requirements
- Experienced (4 to 6 years in a similar role);
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS);
- Comfortable with project management and teamwork;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stress;
- Flexible, approachable, and motivated to sustainably develop the OHS culture;
- Knowledge of MRP software (e.g., EPICOR) is an asset.
