About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new prospects and determine the next steps to move each opportunity forward;
  • Conduct discovery calls to better identify each prospect's needs;
  • Deliver technical demos of our platform;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from demo to contract signing;
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition;
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas within defined sectors, territories, and criteria;
  • Maintain control of your client relationships and their progress using solid sales technology tailored to your needs (HubSpot, Slack, and others);
  • Contribute to optimizing our partnership and referral programs to make them attractive to industry leaders and aligned with our market growth;
  • Build relationships with current and prospective partners and identify collaboration opportunities;
  • Work with partners to identify and prospect mutual business opportunities;
  • Prospect approximately twenty new accounts per week;
  • Propose and execute innovative lead-generation ideas to continuously feed and grow your pipeline;
  • Monitor and leverage social media to seize opportunities while maintaining an active presence with prospects;
  • Attend key industry events to support the company's lead-generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to capitalize on trade shows and other in-person events;
  • Practical knowledge of the B2B SaaS market or the ability to learn new software quickly;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude daily;
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications while tracking dead-end leads;
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you stand out for your ability to build relationships;
