About the role

  • Sales Account Manager elevating relationships with strategic TPI partners for Good Energy. Driving revenue growth and delivering bespoke energy solutions aligned with clients' sustainability targets.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and scale long-term relationships with high-value TPI partners to drive mutual growth and market share.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end sales processes, leading complex pricing, competitive tender responses, and final contract negotiations.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure seamless partner experience.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and competitor movements to pivot and refine commercial strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets through disciplined pipeline management.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and forecasts for a transparent, data-driven sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, ideally within the energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the UK energy market and TPI landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.
  • Passion for renewable energy and driving positive environmental impact.
