About the role

  • Technical-minded Product Manager leading a new greenfield initiative on automation and APIs at Nitro. Empowering customers to automate document processes with intelligent, AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for Nitro’s API and Automation products, with input from stakeholders across the business.
  • Become an expert in user needs. The API is a tool that serves part of Nitro users’ jobs to be done. You’ll be tasked with understanding the end-to-end problems our customers are trying to resolve and what Nitro’s role is in it.
  • Shape and launch a new automation platform that extends Nitro’s capabilities beyond the current experience, aiming to save our users hundreds of thousands of hours through automated, intelligent workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, AI/ML experts as well as GTM partners to bring innovative API and automation features to market quickly and effectively.
  • Drive discovery and validation using data, market research, and direct customer feedback (including developers) to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Define and monitor OKRs that will ensure we deliver measurable value to our customers and the business.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our API and automation solutions are discoverable, adoptable, and clearly communicated.
  • Leverage AI and LLMs thoughtfully. AI is going to be a central tool in the future of how customers interact with Nitro. You’ll help evolve how Nitro builds and buys AI capabilities to best serve our users’ needs.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with experience working in a B2B SaaS or developer platform environments.
  • Can distil complex problems into clear, actionable plans and prioritize effectively.
  • Are comfortable and excited to be working in technical domains (APIs, integrations, automation, developer tools).
  • Have a bias for action — you thrive in fast-moving, evolving spaces.
  • Understand commercial levers and can connect customer needs to business impact.
  • Communicate with confidence across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Have experience collaborating with or building for developers and integration partners.
  • Are excited about AI, automation, and APIs and how they’re transforming productivity and customer workflows.
