Responsibilities
Define marketing strategy and set direction for product understanding in the market
Own narrative, sequencing, and prioritization
Design and lead integrated, account-aware campaigns
Develop a deep understanding of the Gocious platform and customer use cases
Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and ensure quality control
Design webinars as part of integrated campaigns
Participate in quarterly planning with Product, Sales, and Leadership
Own campaign-level performance analysis across channels
Requirements
6–9+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
Proven experience leading integrated, omni-channel campaigns
Strong product marketing foundation (positioning, messaging, GTM)
Experience directing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred
