About the role

  • Senior Marketing Manager defining marketing strategy and leading integrated campaigns for SaaS product at Gocious. Overseeing marketing operations and analyzing campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define marketing strategy and set direction for product understanding in the market
  • Own narrative, sequencing, and prioritization
  • Design and lead integrated, account-aware campaigns
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Gocious platform and customer use cases
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and ensure quality control
  • Design webinars as part of integrated campaigns
  • Participate in quarterly planning with Product, Sales, and Leadership
  • Own campaign-level performance analysis across channels

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Proven experience leading integrated, omni-channel campaigns
  • Strong product marketing foundation (positioning, messaging, GTM)
  • Experience directing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred
