About the role

  • Sales Trainer for EMEA region enhancing capabilities of sales teams. Focused on developing training programs and sales resources to improve performance at GN.

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach sellers and sales leaders in the EMEA region
  • Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Deploy role-specific sales playbooks
  • Partner with regional leaders to improve performance
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop training content

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations within a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coach others and facilitate project advancements
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, such as LMS and eLearning authoring tools
  • Fluency in English and German
