About the role

  • Co-op position within the Salesforce/AWS Engineering team responsible for platform maintenance and development at Glenmede. Opportunities include troubleshooting, data analysis, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

  • The Salesforce/AWS Engineering team is responsible for the maintenance and new development of the Salesforce.com platform and associated Cloud technologies (AWS, Pardot, DocuSign) for Glenmede.
  • Provides day-to-day end-user support to troubleshoot problems and works on projects to add/improve the capabilities of the platform, especially workflow automation and integrations with other Glenmede systems.
  • The role will require rapid learning of one or more business functions and their use of the Salesforce platform, and ability to translate business use-cases and needs into technology deliverables.
  • Depending on the technical skills of the candidate, the role may include assisting with: End-user support, Data analysis/reporting, Documenting requirements, Systems testing, Development & programming

Requirements

  • Programming experience is not required, but candidates should have a basic understanding of computer science, including data modeling and relational databases.
  • Understand Visio workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational / planning skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to work independently with loose guidelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
