Responsibilities
Lead a team of 8-10 heads responsible for cost accounting, GL accounting and reporting activities
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with legal and statutory requirements and company policies
Coordinate closing activities based on corporate guidelines
Monitor team's performance against Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) and Corporate standards
Analyze Controlling/Reporting activities and propose improvements
Participate and coordinate audits and projects
Collect and evaluate KPIs to unveil further improvement potential
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting / controlling or equivalent education
Fluent English level
8+ years of professional experience in a finance, controlling department
Management experience
Microsoft Office literacy
Comprehensive SAP FI/CO skills
