About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8-10 heads responsible for cost accounting, GL accounting and reporting activities
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with legal and statutory requirements and company policies

- Monitor team's performance against Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) and Corporate standards
- Analyze Controlling/Reporting activities and propose improvements

Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting / controlling or equivalent education
- Fluent English level
- 8+ years of professional experience in a finance, controlling department
- Management experience
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Comprehensive SAP FI/CO skills
