About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives
  • Coordinate executive’s activity and commitments, complex diary management
  • Organize travel itineraries and internal/external meeting coordination
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a role supporting multiple executives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, bilingual fluency across English and French is highly desirable
  • College diploma or university degree
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
