About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-level support to Partners and Fee-Earning teams
  • Manage a wide range of non-chargeable activities
  • Contribute directly to the delivery of a high-quality client experience
  • Support day-to-day operations while adding real value

Requirements

  • Experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence supporting senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience of producing accurate, high-quality meeting minutes
  • Experience arranging travel and processing expenses
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
