About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing high-level support to the Executive Partner at EQUES Law Group. Focusing on project coordination, communication, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced law firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups for the Executive Partner
  • Turn meetings and conversations into action lists and next steps
  • Draft communications, summaries, and materials
  • Maintain calendar flow and ensure preparation for key commitments
  • Assist with billing coordination and collections follow-up
  • Support bookkeeping processes (categorization, documentation, prep work)
  • Help maintain organized financial records
  • Coordinate with outside accounting or payroll providers
  • Help coordinate marketing initiatives and content scheduling
  • Assist in drafting and organizing communications, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Work with vendors and ensure projects move forward
  • Conduct research and organize information for decision-making
  • Identify bottlenecks and solve problems proactively
  • Take ownership of miscellaneous high-trust responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business, operations, executive support, or similar role
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
