About the role

  • Practice Administrator managing healthcare operations at CCRM, driving growth and ensuring compliance in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall management and development of business operations of the assigned Practice location
  • Provide leadership to the Practice’s business operations
  • Ensure effective management by ensuring the Practice has efficient managers and support staff
  • Represent the Practice and coordinate affairs with Practice’s target customers
  • Oversee and participate in new physician practice development
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in senior positions in healthcare services industry
  • Proven track record in developing high performing management teams
  • Knowledge and experience in medical reimbursement, internal auditing, budgeting, financial analysis, managed care contracts, management information systems
  • Must have superior communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate professionals.
