About the role

  • Senior Commercial Manager role responsible for generating customer proposals and leading core teams at GE Vernova. Engaging with Product and Services to ensure commercial and technical requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for proposal generation activities and delivering compelling and compliant solutions.
  • Drive and lead core teams through influence and collaboration.
  • Ensure 100% compliance and adherence to all CommOps Policies.
  • Drive solutions that enhance operating margin and ensure proposals meet customer Tender Due Dates.
  • Conduct and lead negotiations with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology field (Electrical/Electronics).
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional work experience specially in handling of large Enterprise Bids in Electrical Utility Environment.
  • Proficiency in written and Oral English, French & Arabic languages is essential.
  • Experience of reviewing and negotiating contractual terms and conditions.
  • High commercial IQ, with good understanding of value pricing, competition dynamics and proposal generation.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
