Responsibilities
- Junior Delivery Managers support the successful delivery of digital products and services within multidisciplinary agile teams.
- Working closely with senior Delivery Managers and experienced practitioners, you will help enable effective, collaborative delivery by supporting team organisation, removing obstacles, and maintaining delivery momentum.
- As a Junior Delivery Manager at Informed Solutions, you will help teams deliver value iteratively, using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- You will assist in managing risks, dependencies, and delivery progress, ensuring that plans are transparent and outcomes remain aligned to user and client needs.
- You will contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture, encourage continuous improvement, and support the team's well-being and effectiveness.
- With guidance and coaching, you will develop your delivery leadership capability and grow towards managing increasingly complex projects and stakeholder environments.
- You will also become an active member of our Delivery Management Community of Practice (CoP), learning from experienced colleagues and contributing to the development of delivery standards, tools, and ways of working across the organisation.
Requirements
- You have experience supporting delivery within multi-disciplinary agile teams (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
- You understand core agile principles and can explain how they support iterative value delivery.
- You can help maintain delivery artefacts and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
