Responsibilities
Structure and lead operational governance, including operational reviews, information reporting and integration of lessons learned (Rex)
Orchestrate operational cadences and identify opportunities to improve TTI, service performance and operational efficiency
Consolidate and drive KPIs, economic/financial performance and resource allocation to optimize service P&L results
Lead and participate in monthly operational reviews and prepare requested PSRs
Collaborate with project managers, fleet managers and other stakeholders to remove cross-functional blockers, mitigate risks and develop opportunities
Manage resolution plans for cross-functional quality issues and drive their execution
Supervise analysis and countermeasures related to project erosion
Produce the S&OP for the FSE population and other relevant functions to ensure alignment between demand, capacity and resources
Strengthen HSE culture by improving on-site incident reporting and pursuing the goal of zero accidents
Build cross-functional collaboration to harmonize processes and disseminate best practices
Develop, deploy and ensure adoption of global or regional processes while continuously improving them
Coordinate efforts to keep installed-base data reliable, accurate and up to date to support commercial and operational decisions
Support Quality in establishing and managing a process for capturing and deploying lessons learned within the service P&L
Promote continuous improvement to maximize availability and performance
Requirements
Engineering degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management & project control, with proven expertise in execution, planning, estimating, risk management or leadership
