Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships between GE Vernova and assigned EPC partners.
Bridge strategic relationship management, commercial development, and issue resolution.

Establish and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Coordinate leadership sessions to strengthen alignment with EPC executives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess EPC performance and maintain scorecards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in EPC account management, business development, or strategic project roles in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Proven ability to manage complex, matrixed relationships and coordinate across multiple business lines.
Strong understanding of EPC business models, project lifecycles, and commercial frameworks (ITO/OTR).
Fluency in Italian and English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
