Responsibilities
Define, lead, and implement the quality strategy for Grid Automation across all regions, covering all product lines, R&D, and the Global Supply Chain
Manage quality for the global supply chain, including factories, projects and services delivery, and R&D
Ensure deployment of quality policies, processes, standards, and tools through appropriate action plans and measurement
Lead Quality Management Systems, Customer Satisfaction, Product, Project and Services Quality, Supplier Quality, and Continuous Improvement to meet Grid Automation objectives
Identify, analyze, and drive resolution of all quality issues globally for the Grid Automation portfolio
Initiate and lead initiatives that contribute to quality improvement as a competitive differentiator and to reduce Cost of Poor Quality
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards across Grid Automation, as well as Business Continuity Plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or software engineering, or another relevant technical or business field required
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and quality management within an industrial and/or high-tech industry, including at least 5 years of operational experience
Experience addressing complex technical issues with cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization
Ability to clearly articulate and prioritize quality-related issues and required solutions
Passionate and effective change agent with strong communication and presentation skills
Previous experience in a people management role
