About the role

  • Partner Onboarding & Experience Consultant at Yooz, a leader in document management with AI automation. Overseeing partner integration processes within the EMEA market.

Responsibilities

  • Define and structure the partner onboarding process (training, tools, support).
  • Ensure coordination with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, project teams) to deliver a coherent and comprehensive integration.
  • Deploy and organize training sessions, both online and in person.
  • Measure onboarding KPIs (average time to onboard, activation rate, engagement).
  • Maintain smooth communication between partners and internal departments.
  • Contribute to promoting a partner-centric culture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree to Master’s degree in Business or equivalent (Bac+3/Bac+5).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in project management, client relations, and B2B partner management.
  • Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
  • Assertive, persistent, customer-oriented, with a strong service mindset.
  • Experience using CRM tools and ability to become autonomous quickly.
