About the role
- Senior Projektmanager für die Entwicklung und Koordination von Wärmepumpen-Großprojekten in Köln. Führt eigene B2B-Projekte zur Effizienzsteigerung und Wachstum mit dazugehörigen Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop processes for the new multi-family residential (MFH) business unit
- Plan and take responsibility for the operational implementation of large-scale heat pump projects
- Coordinate all trades and disciplines to ensure smooth project execution
- Build and lead your own team
- Serve as the point of contact for key accounts (e.g., housing associations/property management companies)
- Ensure quality through site visits across Germany (approx. twice per month)
Requirements
- Completed technical degree (e.g., civil engineering, building services/technical building equipment (TGA), energy engineering) or qualification as a technician
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience coordinating larger B2B projects
- Confident handling of budget responsibility
- Experience working with external service providers/contractors
- Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 1–2 times per month)
