Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day development of our marketplace business in Italy, covering Amazon as well as additional marketplaces and e-pharmacies
- Work hands-on in Seller Central, implement optimizations across listings, content, pricing, and promotions
- Manage and grow our Amazon business in Italy, with a focus on growth, visibility, and profitability
- Support the development and management of additional marketplaces and e-pharmacies in Italy
- Coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners (e.g., content, design, supply chain, agencies)
- Identify market and competitor opportunities and drive structured optimizations
- Track key KPIs, derive actions, and provide clear recommendations
- Support marketplace initiatives and projects related to the Italian market
Requirements
- Italian native speaker (required)
- Amazon expertise, especially Seller Central experience (required)
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or an Amazon-focused role
- Data-driven mindset, confident working with performance KPIs and translating insights into actions
- Structured and reliable execution, strong ownership and accountability
- Clear stakeholder communication, team player, pragmatic problem solver
- Good English skills for internal collaboration (German optional, depending on team setup)
