Responsibilities
Drive the day-to-day development of our marketplace business in Italy, covering Amazon as well as additional marketplaces and e-pharmacies
Work hands-on in Seller Central, implement optimizations across listings, content, pricing, and promotions
Manage and grow our Amazon business in Italy, with a focus on growth, visibility, and profitability
Support the development and management of additional marketplaces and e-pharmacies in Italy
Coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners (e.g., content, design, supply chain, agencies)
Identify market and competitor opportunities and drive structured optimizations
Track key KPIs, derive actions, and provide clear recommendations
Support marketplace initiatives and projects related to the Italian market
Requirements
Italian native speaker (required)
Amazon expertise, especially Seller Central experience (required)
Relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or an Amazon-focused role
Data-driven mindset, confident working with performance KPIs and translating insights into actions
Structured and reliable execution, strong ownership and accountability
Clear stakeholder communication, team player, pragmatic problem solver
Good English skills for internal collaboration (German optional, depending on team setup)
