Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of complex Azure cloud infrastructure programs for our clients – from strategic planning through to sustainable operational integration
- Technical and organizational leadership and development of our Azure Cloud Consulting team, including resource management, quality assurance and pursuit of technical excellence
- Development, establishment and continuous improvement of best practices, standards and reference architectures in cloud governance, security and compliance
- Close collaboration with clients at executive and stakeholder levels to define, steer and implement tailored cloud strategies and transformation initiatives
- Management and execution of architecture, governance and quality reviews and ownership for ongoing enhancement of the team's technical expertise
- Coaching, mentoring and targeted development of team members across technical and personal growth paths
- Active support during presales phases and contribution to the strategic development of our cloud and consulting portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership and project responsibility in a cloud consulting environment, ideally focused on Microsoft Azure
- Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, cloud governance, security and cloud strategy, combined with a strong understanding of customer and business requirements
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-500 or AZ-700) or equivalent qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills and the ability to motivate, develop and reliably guide teams through complex projects
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
