About the role

  • Account Director in charge of client servicing in Germany and Austria for Stellar. Focus on revenue growth, customer service excellence, and team leadership in retail performance.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and professional proficiency in English
  • Experience in a field marketing agency, ideally with a focus on tactical projects
  • Proven track record of increasing retail sales and delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience recruiting, leading, and developing teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into concrete actions
  • Strong service and consumer orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills and a confident approach to shifting priorities
  • A solution-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative working style
  • Ability to critically reflect on your own performance and that of the entire retail operation
  • A credible, professional presence capable of confidently advising and influencing senior stakeholders and clients
  • Advanced proficiency with Google and Microsoft tools
