Requirements
Native-level German and professional proficiency in English
Experience in a field marketing agency, ideally with a focus on tactical projects
Proven track record of increasing retail sales and delivering excellent customer service
Experience recruiting, leading, and developing teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into concrete actions
Strong service and consumer orientation
Excellent organizational skills and a confident approach to shifting priorities
A solution-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative working style
Ability to critically reflect on your own performance and that of the entire retail operation
A credible, professional presence capable of confidently advising and influencing senior stakeholders and clients
