- Product Manager enhancing features of Chip’s wealth management app. Collaborating with engineering and leadership teams to define product strategy and deliver improvements in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Scope improvements and new features for the Execution-only Products
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation, including operations, commercial, finance, marketing, and compliance
- Work with the leadership team to understand the business strategy and product vision
- Work with an engineering squad to execute the roadmap by defining and building new features
- Collaborate with other PMs to ensure coordinated end to end experiences
- Plan across complex internal and external dependencies with third-party providers
- Use data, market and industry knowledge to understand opportunities and inform solutions
Requirements
- 2 years + of product experience
- Experience working in a startup/ scaleup environment is a bonus
- Strong passion for Product
- Passionate about the wealth space - keeping up to date on finance/ fintech
- Strong UX skills and instincts - experience on consumer-facing mobile-first products
- Effective communicator - experience making decisions and communicating this to leadership
- Data-driven - cares about numbers and uses them to spot problems and opportunities
- Commercially astute - understands how the business model works
