About the role

  • Junior Investment Analyst supporting multinational clients in social investment strategies. Collaborating on document control and project development in São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Control of documents, workflows, and management of procedures for companies’ use of incentive laws, understanding the specificities of each business process and able to suggest improvements aligned with business interests;
  • Support in building and developing a portfolio of projects aligned with the strategic pillars of corporate social responsibility for Simbi’s client companies;
  • Direct contact with clients and leading client meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative routines, business workflows, and activities that require organization and adherence to deadlines
  • Interest in social impact projects
  • Prior knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with completing documents and reviewing them carefully
  • Curious and proactive mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Cooperative mindset, active listening, and the ability to build good relationships within a diverse team
  • Availability to meet with the team in São Paulo (capital) when necessary — hybrid work model
