About the role

Responsibilities
- Control of documents, workflows, and management of procedures for companies’ use of incentive laws, understanding the specificities of each business process and able to suggest improvements aligned with business interests;
- Support in building and developing a portfolio of projects aligned with the strategic pillars of corporate social responsibility for Simbi’s client companies;
- Direct contact with clients and leading client meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative routines, business workflows, and activities that require organization and adherence to deadlines
- Interest in social impact projects
- Prior knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, or a strong willingness to learn
- Familiarity with completing documents and reviewing them carefully

- Availability to meet with the team in São Paulo (capital) when necessary — hybrid work model
