Responsibilities
- Create interactive, effective learning experiences (e-learning, blended learning, instructor-led, microlearning)
- Apply adult learning theory and user experience (UX) principles to design content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leaders to identify learning needs
- Use learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences
- You will be required to create content in both French and English
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Rise and Storyline) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and UX design
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and clients)
