About the role

  • Designs learner-centered experiences enhancing knowledge retention. Collaborates with SMEs and business leaders aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create interactive, effective learning experiences (e-learning, blended learning, instructor-led, microlearning)
  • Apply adult learning theory and user experience (UX) principles to design content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leaders to identify learning needs
  • Use learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences
  • You will be required to create content in both French and English

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Rise and Storyline) and LMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and UX design
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and clients)
